When it comes to warranty claims, repairs or spare parts for small appliances, our customer service will help you quickly and reliably.
In order to provide you with the best possible support for your request, we ask you to proceed as follows:
1) Fill out a service ticket form.
2) After "SENDING" the form, your service ticket will be checked by us. A check can take up to 72 hours, depending on the case and workload.
3) After the check, you will receive an email from us informing you of the next steps
