If you do not like one of our LOEWE products, you can return it within 14 days.
The product must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging
Please follow these steps:
1) Fill out the form below.
2) After "SEND" the form, your return request will be checked by us.
3) After your request has been checked, you will receive an email from us with the return address and further information on the return shipment.
The postage for the return shipment is NOT covered by LOEWE.
4) As soon as we have received and checked the goods, you will receive your money back. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 14 days.
