The products from our LOEWE range are shipped with the leading shipping service providers. For larger volumes and products, we commission an external shipping company. They will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery date. Your order will be processed by us as soon as possible after receipt. Your goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days for small items and 5-10 working days for large items such as a TV >43 inch.
We want our customers to enjoy the best service, so we always offer shipping of larger TVs with installation service. This guarantees that the TV arrives safely at the place of use and that the customer can receive it with a smile.

- Regular shipping (with Swiss Post): Delivery postage paid
- Delivery to place of use (with Swiss Post Logistics): Delivery postage paid
- Delivery date will be arranged by delivery partner - contact may take up to 10 working days from order date
- If you are not present on the agreed date, a second delivery will also be charged (costs according to expenditure)
- Dispatch takes place exclusively within Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein
